Now, II–VI semiconductor compounds (for example CdSe, ZnSe, and ZnTe) with greater stability and tenability are regarded promising resources with larger photovoltaic performance7. ZnSe alone is a much more promising content for window layer8 with higher effectiveness and low priced. CdSe and ZnSe both equally have the next potential for photon ab
